The California Yacht Brokers Association offers Mediation and Arbitration Services to help resolve disputes efficiently, professionally, and with minimal disruption to business relationships. These services are designed for issues that may arise in yacht sales, brokerage transactions, commissions, disclosure concerns, contract performance, and related industry matters.
Mediation provides a collaborative, confidential process where a neutral third party helps the parties reach a voluntary resolution. Arbitration provides a more formal private process in which a neutral arbitrator or panel of arbitrators consider the evidence and testimony at a hearing and issues a binding decision for the parties.

The Arbitration Manual is available to all CYBA members by contacting Michael Wales and establishing need.
