The complaint process is limited to only those yacht brokers who are current members of the California Yacht Brokers Association (CYBA) and clients of member yacht brokers.
Upon receipt of your complaint, we will review the issue, which may involve direct communication with you and the party your are complaining against. In the majority of complaints, we are able to resolve the issue without the necessity of filing for formal arbitration (if the broker’s contracts include an arbitration clause).
