MISSION STATEMENT
The California Yacht Brokers Association (CYBA) was founded to promote professionalism, integrity, and best practices within California’s yacht brokerage community. We are dedicated to providing the membership with the best tools, forms, procedures, and protocols needed to thrive in a freely competitive environment.
We advocate for compliance with state laws and regulations and foster a spirit of honesty, cooperation, and goodwill among brokers, dealers, and industry partners. CYBA takes an active role in advancing education, sensible regulation, access, and inclusion across the recreational boating industry.
Above all, we uphold our fiduciary responsibility to protect the interests of our clients and to conduct ourselves with competence, transparency, and the highest ethical standard.
