Pacific Sail and Power Boat Show returns for its
Second Year to Westpoint Harbor in Redwood City.
April 10, 2024 – Remaining In-Water space allotments are being filled. On-Land Booth & Bulk display areas, have recently been moved to the parking lot south of the marina to provide better footing in all weather conditions. Online advance ticket purchase will be available soon. The building that facilitates both The Club at Westpoint and the Hurrica restaurant held their grand opening earlier this year. Aside from various food vendors, Hurrica will prove to be the perfect dining atmosphere during the show as well as all your after-show plans. Added this year will be music entertainment and a kid’s corner. Seminars and speakers are being added daily. With all the opportunities that the South Bay offers, The Pacific Sail & Power Boat Show produced by the CYBA with the assistance of Sail America is expecting a successful return to Westpoint Harbor. The 2024 Pacific Sail & Power Boat Show Committee includes CYBA Members from Northern California that have provided input to make the 2024 show the best possible show for exhibitors and attendees alike. About the CYBA
California was the first state to require brokers and sales personnel to be licensed and bonded. Since 1975 the efforts of the CYBA goes beyond that which is required by law and offers further protection and services to the consumer.

Arbitrations
Buyers and sellers, hopefully, enter into CYBA purchase agreements in good faith, but later disputes may surface. Our association was one of the first to draft a comprehensive set of listing and sale forms for our member’s use. The sole remedy for dispute resolution in the forms is mandated arbitration.
